Panchayat and Municipal elections are conducted by the State Election Commission. Panchayat election is mentioned in article 243K and municipal election is mentioned in article 243ZA. 3. Election Commission of India is mentioned in article 243. 4. National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) was set up through 102nd amendment act of 2018. 5. Piyush Anand has been appointed as the DG of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF).

( According to The Electromagnetic Spectrum, Radio Frequency waves are not harmful like UV rays, x-rays, gamma Rays; Even visible light is also a type of Wave which comes after Radio>Microwave>Infrared and Visible light) The main reason behind the decline of sparrows Is Modern Agriculture , we use pesticides to kill the insects(that is food for birds) therefore Lesser availability of food grain 2nd reason Shelters for birds(deforestation)
