I live about 30 minutes from March and have been to the museum many times, mostly just to stare at the Blackbird. I grew up around the military and have seen many of those planes before, many of them when they were in service. Everything else there can be found in museums around the country, but Blackbirds are a rare beast that for me, is worth the price of admission. As a lifelong scale modeler myself, that 1/72 scale USS Hornet model with the Doolittle Raiders is an amazing piece of work, and it's my 2nd favorite thing there.
That MG34 machine gun is mine in the nazi display it has waffen ss markings and serial numbers say it’s from 1934 I’ll get that thing back in 2025 thank you for filming all of the history there at march airbase museum I know the curator of the museum Jeff houlahan he’s a good man
Dude! Please start with one aircraft then do a history of that ship, then move on to another! Video is but one thing. Give the viewer a STORY! PLEASE!!!
