I haven't cut back the lavender plants yet either and that's ok. I prefer to wait and see them growing a little bit first especially from the base... Plenty of time yet... Thanks for the update, always interesting. ps my money is on the artichoke making a comeback.
294 square metres!!! Lucky you. I'm jealous. My tiny half plot is only 60 square metres. I only got it last summer and I'm already out of space for things in my plans.
@@mylittleallotmentWell as I say it's my first full year growing as I only got the plot last june and just quickly whacked a few things in. This year I will be growing up arches and and I've just built a wood frame for french beans. I'm sure as time goes on I'll find ways to cram more and more in. Would love to have a bigger plot for things like wildlife areas, ponds, greenhouses and polytunnels and more perennial fruit bushes.
Hiya, love the vlog!! How long have you had an allotment and how long have you been vlogging please? I am thinking about starting. I have my own allotment and it’s the best place ever - to me. What microphone do you use and what app do you use to edit your videos please? What will you be sowing directly into the ground? Many thanks, Katy. X
Hello! Sorry im so late replying. Yes do it, ive done a bit of vlogging, stories and videos. I use a cheap microphone off amazon. Then i use Splice to edit. Keep it nice and easy. amzn.eu/d/2in6MbS I sow mostly at home and plant out. However i will sow some beetroot, carrots, parsnips, radish in the ground 👩🏻🌾🌱
