Yes! So satisfying! It's an amazing feeling to finish a sticker sheet and washi tape roll especially, it's only ever happened twice with wash so far...lol!
Thank you very much, Bonnie! The wedding layout is my favorite from this month! It's so satisfying to flip through them and see how much I've accomplished.
Oh Laura This was SO much fun going down your March 2021 Layout Memory Lane...Thanks so much...I just adore the way you scrap and always spreading your Scraptabulous inspiration one video at time!! Thanks for all you and the way you do it!! YOU SO ROCK!!! Joan Smith
Thank you very much, Joan! Always so excited for layout share day because seeing those finished pages and chatting about them is so satisfying! Another friend said it was like sitting on the couch looking through one of my albums, love that!
Hi Laura. Enjoyed seeing all the layouts, especially the book one. I have always been a great fan of Anne of Green Gables and Betty and Veronica. Great memories. Thanks for sharing. Jeanette, New Zealand.
Thank you, Jeanette! Yes! I'm working on a small Traveler's Notebook sized album filled with childhood memories, with or without pictures. I love the idea of getting these random memories down when they pop into my head. My kids will love flipping through it!
Loved seeing your layouts! I love the puzzle one...2020 became "the year of the puzzle" for me! LOL My parents make them and then pass them on to me and now I'm addicted! The wedding layout is beautiful!
Thank you very much, Kathy! Yes! We did puzzles here last year too! Lots of board game playing too. That wedding layout might by my favorite in the whole album!
What a beautiful amazing layouts! You inspired me to do fussy cuttings although I dont have pretty papers like yours. Pls dont get tired of inspiring us. I'm new to scrapbooking
Thank you very much! I love sharing with y’all and getting your feedback. This community has been so encouraging and supportive, I’m so thankful for that!
Amazing! I giggled with the last diy embellishment left over... “so many ideas- not enough time” lol, it was destined to be left 😉 I ADORE the wedding layout of you just beautiful! Ahhh a tiger king layout in your future? 😂😂 i also LOVE that you documented moms puzzles👍🏻👍🏻 nice! I was bad as bad can be with my March stash- 2 pages! 😭 I did more but I’m thinking that the colors or feel didn’t inspire me with photos I had planned. I went with either grabbing something else or something new came in and I just went with that. Tomorrow is another day....(cue music)🥰👍🏻
So true. When I found it, I said out loud, “It would be you wouldn’t it?” 😂 The wedding layout is absolutely my favorite from this month and I was just playing. Love when that happens! I think it is helpful to pull out the photos you want to scrap with your kit so that when you have time to scrap, everything is at the ready. That said, any scrapping is good scrapping! 😁
I love the puzzle layout. Youve inspired me to make one with all the puzzles we have done in 2020 as well! We have gotten really into it as well! Even bought a nifty board to help store them when we arent working on it atm! If your interested let me know i'll send info to you!
Thank you! Oh it was so much fun to see what she's been up to in 2020 and I just had to document it! I think she has the board thing because otherwise her cats would tear it up.
They each have different purposes. The Traveler's Notebook layouts are for sharing my childhood stories, often the digital copies I have of those photos are poor quality and therefore work better in a smaller size format. The Storyline Chapters album is for my baby photos and is specifically for my children to look through now, so it's in a smaller accessible size (again poor photos as well). The 9x12 layouts are for my twins' individual albums, they are smaller and easier for my Autistic girls to access. The family and wedding albums (as well as my other three older kids' albums) are all in 12x12, so that's the size I do most often. I find switching between the formats and sizes keeps me excited and interested to scrap, as well as allows me to use a variety of pieces from my stash. I hope that was helpful!
