italy always sends wonderful songs in eurovision and actually, I'm still listening your 2011 song. From all the countries(including mine) I believe italy has the dignity to send good songs!
Just seen the amazing portoguese song winning and then I rewatched this performance and god, how did this masterpiece managed to get only 9th place. If eurovision wanted art to win, l' essenziale and grande amore should have won.

Italian is the most beautiful language in the world!when i listen to songs in eurovision which are not in English even if the sound is really good i find myself having hard time listening to them.but this never happens with Italian songs.i love this song i wish you good luck from Greece!:)

Italy has BY FAR best song this year. Everything works so nice in this song, the voice, the lyrics, the music, it's just perfect. I know there's no chance it'd win, but ESC 2014 really should be in Rome.
I'm not a fan of Mengoni but this song stuck me on the chair while i was following Eurovision tonight. I think this year won a commercial song without meaning, but the song by Marco speaks straight to the heart. I think also that should win songs which evoke feelings (like other ones did in this edition of the Eurovision), not the one which evokes sound of money.
