The Marco Renoir colored pencils perform well, laying down of color is delightful. The pencil is a round American Cedar wood barrel, enclosed within which is a 3.7mm soft oil core and classified as soft creamy wax. I love the metal tin, it lays flat when open and sharpeners are included in the package.
