Hindi permsnent bases. Yung mga bases sa EDCA, sa Pilipinas yan. Napayagan lang sila pumunta jan. Kung permanent base, aba e kailangan ng mazusing hakbang jan. Kailangang magbayad ang US government ng renta kung for ecnomic gain. Either magbayad sila sa LGU o sa narional government. Walang epekto sa econmy ng pilipinas ang mga permanent bases kasi di naman economic/commercial activity ang ginagawa. Military instalations eh hindi economic activity ang ginagawa. Maganda sana kung mga planta, paktorya, mga assembly plant ang sabihin mong ilagay ng mga kano kung economy. Pero kung defense eh EDCA.
