He is a great guy, so humble, in spite of his amazing talent. As Sir Alex said years ago about Giggsy, he is "the unmistakeable boy who was born to play football".
@@howardchambers9679 I met Giggs in 2009 in London. I was totally starstruck. People don't release how phenomenal he was in his prime. Would be worth £175m in today's market,
@Skaburmpity Jones i dont know, maybe? but it certainly looks like you're not happy about something lol. you moaning over giggsy's sex life for years too?
Now your our most important player rashy. You are an amazing baller. ANY team in the whole world would have you in there 11. Get well soon bro! Do NOT rush. Your long term career is more important than forcing coming back. If we are gonna flop, let it happen and rebuild next season. Don't strain yourself. You and pogba should go have a holiday :P.
Whatever people say about giggs he was one of a kind of a left footed player. There was no one like him. Believe it or not he was fergie's secret weapon n success kept follow after that
@@osaroendurance1835 i think it's an individual thing, where you're from has nothing to do with it. what i do find strange is that people make a big deal out of it...
This conversation just shows how great van gaal is..eventho the football on shows is rigid..but ..given time and the right signing ..he would be successful.. 😩
Rashford is worlds apart from what Giggs was for Utd. I wish modern day players would concentrate on their day job , before accepting all the premature plaudits. Keane, Cantona, Giggs etc...(list could go on and on) were primarily excellent at what they did and celebrity came as a by product of that . Now it’s early easy fame. For me Rashford isn’t a Man Utd hall of fame candidate, he’s average .
People were just slagging him off on youtube and everywhere. I wanted him to stay and thought that the Fa cup bought him time. I was shocked that they sacked him just after the game. Which shows you how clueless the board really is!
Monkey D. Blaze he wasn’t even started yet. He’s have built a competitive team with youth players only. Look at the legacy he left at Bayern, Ajax and Barca. Ed Woodward the banker sacked van gaal. An abomination!!!!
@@theorderlyman8042 I agree broski.. Van Gaal was by far the best manager we have had since Fergie of course.. Fuck Woodward the pellet.. he just looks like a saggy ball sack.
@@jamessimonson9905 wouldn't think of any manager who would be good with a below average national team like wales. They got lucky with coleman in 2016. I always wanted giggs to manage united. Ever since he retired. I believe if they had stuck with him after moyes things would be much better than appointed 3 managers in 5 years.
@@revoltin85 not saying they should appoint him now, if ole doesn't succeed heading to poccetinho will be the perfect choice. But giggs would've been a great manager for united. Hopefully in the future.
Football Investigators Oh so now you care about the team? An injury is always concerning, and as a supporter it is important to care. What does that have to do with me going to Old Trafford or not?
Football Investigators First off, you aren’t even addressing the injury anymore, you don’t really seem to care that a great, very young striker is injured. Second lets think about economics here. If there weren’t any fans from outside the Manchester area, we’d be dirt poor because the Glazers sure as hell aren’t pouring money in.
@@UNC.548 100% so quick to question whether Martial is good enough of Pogba's influence etc but never hear a peep about some academy players such as Lingard or Perriera.
@@curtisbissitt5910 i think its quite ignorant to say we have to accept it, all player of all races of all backgrounds should be criticised and praised equally. I dont want this to turn into an argument, i am stating my point of view.
Don’t know how anybody can’t love Marcus! Proper level headed lad, good professional and he’s United through and through! Hope he comes back from his injury even stronger and he can go to that next level
@@raj8294 Try type George best and ryan giggs into youtube, i tried it just now, has one where they're walking round OT together, the one i remember was them playing pool in a pub tho lol
I love Marcus, proper humble lad and grew up just around the corner from where I grew up! I think United fans (especially the United fans from Manchester) regognise his passion for the club and I only wish he was playing with the kind of players Giggs got to play with throughout his career!
Wow didn’t know we went 26 years without a title. Shit scares me considering liverpool waited 30 years. I hope I don’t have to wait til I’m like 40-50 to see my team win the prem
oSwayz don’t be so sure buddy. That’s not how this works. I definitely think you’ll be good for the next 5 years but after that it’s a blur as to which teams will be on top
Definitely agree with giggsy on Rashfords mentality, even his first interviews, he has such a calm and focused personality always willing to listen, and put 100% into improving. The Reason the legends love him is because he is like the traditional Man Utd player, on and off the pitch. Credit to his mother who raised him very well, he’s also now doing massive things for the youth during covid etc a great role model.
minute 9.25 : Ryan Gigs said that Cantona was so amazing...player because he never think to score...but to give as many assist as he can... (THAT SO LEGEND) Respect for you KING ERIC
Utd waited 26 years to win the league n kept winning one after another Loserpool waited 30 years but they need to win one after another then there fans can talk Man city waited 100 years😂 n still manchester is red
rashford is so underrated he took shit from united fans the whole world and somehow changed his season. Nobody is looking at his stats more better then most attackers this season honestly he’s improved so much and I’m so proud to have him in this team. A real red❤️
N7 Channel agreed bro people hated him cause he wasn't having good games it's inconsistency in this team but look now the haters want Rashford back as soon as possible
The strange thing is that the injury has allowed him to get rest that he never would have gotten. The season ends in May, then to England training camp, Euros in June and then back to pre season training in July, so when would he have healed? He had a bone floating in his ankle for over a year and never had a break to do the surgery.
Not seen this before video before great couple of lads my 2 favourite lads Ryan Giggs was a great player when he used to play for United. Marcus is a great player of today for Man United 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀😀
This is a great video and a great idea. I hope to see more of these videos from other teams. Connecting the previous generation and legends to the current one. I am a Juventus fan and I believe Giggs is the best left-midfielder ever and Paolo Maldini, the best left-back ever.
Ehsan Sabaghian nah I think it depends on how you look at it I think Maldini is the greatest defender of all time but not the best left back defensively he’s brilliant going forward he’s not great
@@jackkchurchill Absolutely. I said in my opinion. I have watched European soccer since 1990 WorldCup and for me, Paldo Maldini and Ryan Gigs duo is the best at the left side of the defense and midfield. With honorable mentions of Giorgio Chiellini and Roberto Carlos.
When great mentors like Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes there is that sense of unitedness, the sense of togetherness. The reason Man United got its name...because football can warm hearts, unite cultures and build stronger communities across the globe. I know the Coronavirus has logged us down but our hearts and minds shall never be logged down. Marcus Rashford, thank you.
