I love watching these again and again because I notice something that I overlooked before… I love the Mardi Queen hat and Sam saying… “I don’t think I am confident enough to wear that!” 😂 I would say the same thing!🤷🏼♀️

I love when you guys try items that you haven't ever had. It's mostly because we haven't either so we are living vicariously through the videos. The Puerto Rican lasagna as well as the risotto looked quite interesting to me. But I must agree with Sam. I don't understand why the sauce was served cold. And going after my heart, that chicory coffee, have to try it. Once again thank you for taking all your time to stand in these lines for us. You guys are greatly appreciated! The vlog definitely gets us out of our comfort zones with trying new things. I am so happy the Italy booth here is so much better than the one in Epcot. Wow! Universal looks like so much fun. We have always been a "take a car from MCO to WDW proper, stay, take car from WDW to MCO" kinda family. I am ready for Universal! Universal is STEPPING up BIG time. Their festivals give Epcot's a run for their money in my opinion and I never thought I'd say that. Mardi Gras is SO fun, such a lively atmosphere and everyone is having a blast. I was stoked to find that cold brew LOL COFFEE BOBA is a game changer- it tasted like little brown sugar iced coffee bursts. Thanks so much for watching.
I’ve never been to Universal, but I’d love to visit during the Mardi Gras celebration. The milk tea and mozzarella fritters with that sauce would be the top of my list to try.💜💛💚
Wow! If you ever end up here we'd love to hear your thoughts. Universal was our first vacation as a couple so it always feels special for us. Mardi Gras is such a fun time to visit too. Both of those items surprised us! Never thought I'd actually like a dish from an Italian Food booth 😆. Great picks 🙂.

Oh my goodness! I am so insecure about my hair, so thank you so much. I’ve actually had a really hard time since moving to FL with my hair. The water reeks havoc on it. I’ve tried a bunch of different places, more recently I’ve actually gone to the salon at my local Ulta. I like that they have online appt scheduling, and you can earn points on your salon visits. Great video guys as usual! When we come to Disney in April I’d like to get to universal 1 day that week but we will miss Mardi Gras Out of all the food you tried I’d like to try the beignet - none of the other stuff looked too good lol - thnx for all you do ❤
Glad you guys liked the cookie waffle! That’s one of the ones I was most excited for! The top of my list is the po boy! You made me want the churros less which is good cause I’m trying to narrow down my list, but now I want those cheese sticks and they weren’t on my list 😂 coming in next sat and hoping the lines aren’t too bad!
The Cookie Waffle was the star too us. Sweet and flavorful! The Po Boy is also on our list for our next visit. We wanted to try it this time around but unfortunately we can only eat so much. The stomach did fail us 😆. The churros weren't special in our opinion but the Risotto Fritters surprised us! Hope you have the best time 🙂. We'd lovd to hesr what you enjoyed after your visit.

I want that chickory coffee for sure. The flavor has been more on my radar since staying at Port Orleans in Disney. The chocolate dipping sauce they give you with the beignets is infused with chicory.
I didn't know that the beignet sauce at Port Orleans had chicory! Thanks for the info. I really enjoy those beignets and it makes sense now that you bring up that flavor. Awesome choice, the coffee is definitely something we'll be getting again.
As always the wife and I enjoyed your video very much. We are big fans of Bloody Mary's so kinda wish you would have tried one, we would of loved your opinions. We will not be visiting Universal on the next trip down to FL (October) so watching your videos at Universal are like being there, well, kinda, sorta...... looking forward to your next vlog, and thank you very much for what you guys do.

Don't eat the white king cake fudge in the Tribute Store. Or even the white cake Whoopie Pie. Tim Tracker said they were awful! Got to the part of the video with the beignet's. Oh...that's one thing I had on my list when we went down there summer of 2023, but I didn't know where to find REAL ones so I missed out on them. I have a hard time trying to find them when it's not Mardi Gras season.
