Imagine the willpower needed to stay triumphant, on top of your game, after decades of hard touring and constantly putting out new material. I've experienced Marduk live 10 times, and Mortuus in this recording for example sounds better than ever. And vocalists within this genre aren't often blessed with this longevity. Masters!
i was wasted as hell when they played, i barely remember shit, even got kicked out of the venue after that 😂. I'll probably see myself in that crowd screaming the lyrics. Thanks for the upload!
@@mariozd971 in America you cannot buy beer for someone under 21! ITS CALLED A FREE AMERICA ... HAHA ... But you can buy a prostitute at age 18,16 if approval from parent/parental consent? But beer NO WAY HAHAHAHAHHAHA Least we got our priorities straight ... hhahahahahahhaa HAIL MARDUK!
@@hellrazorofficial9178 Lol, they really have stupid laws, here at my country you can buy alcohol at every corner at every hour, officialy you need to have 18 but nobody checks it out, me and my friends were buying with 13, 14 years in mid 90es :)))
They wanna put the WWII/NSDAP-stamp behind them. Thats why The Hangman of Prague and Frontschwein are sensored on this live recording. Its a beeep for every snaredrum hit cause ÆntiiF@ says that exact drumpattern reminds the Holocaust-survivors of N@zi-drums. On top of that, BLM`s are demanding payment for each and every time the word "BLACK" has been used by non-blacks, since 1989 and onwards. F.Y.I.
Usually they play Christraping Black Metal and Panzer Division Marduk in the encore... But not this time. You can see it on my channel from a gig in November though!
@@PhilAss People have this really weird fascination with PDM. "Man, its so fast and heavy! Its the bm-equivalent to Reign In Blood!" Yeah, its really not. Its a good album, sure, but Marduk has released better albums thenselves.
Agreed! Would've loved to hear Black Tormentor of Satan, Of Hell's Fire, Baptism by Fire, or my personal favorite Deme Quaden Thyrane. Not sure how you whip up a setlist and totally negate Panzer Division and Nightwing.
Hey there yeah 👍 that's a great black metal band 👌 i would like to see them tour with abbath that would be awesome to see black metal bands are awesome ☠️💀☠️💀☠️
I understand its hard with so much albums , and you cant play same shit for 30 years, but still ignoring some of the most iconic albums as you mentioned, its dissapointing for the ppl who are there for the first time to hear the band they love. They kill it every time tho. Ive seen em countless times live, They are insanely good live @@Typhoon0627
Not a fan of the drummer. He's very good technically, but he's always finding pockets here and there to show off where he goes faster or blasts like crazy, and it ruins the primitiveness and essence of the song.
He also said in an interview, that Marduk uses no clicktracks compared to Belphegor, where he played before. So they intentionally sometimes play faster/slower than on the album, and he has more freedom for creativity as a drummer.
