Gosh I miss this kind of big space stages it was realistic back then like the open space and u hit a wall based on ur combos range or just by the object/stuff standing in the middle of the stage (like a real street / mall , whatever.
3:50 "CUZ of Tekken 4 system... it was very hard for him to do anything..." Well, in Tekken 4 it was hard for everyone to do anything against Steve Fox. Steve was S++ tier in this game. However, Marduk's ground-and-pound was also pretty broken on a casual level.
Thankfully back in the day I played against friends and my cousins and all of us were casuals who were playing pretty much everyone except Bears, Marduk, Julia, Lee and Christie iirc, so I have no recollection of even playing against this murderer and cheap op beast tbh😅 Very interesting and nostalgic video as usual man, thank you for the great content 😀
Back tackle in this game is actually look more realistic than T7's back tackle. In T7 he reverse the opponent's body to supine position. Also on paper his tackle looks super broken in this game but I assume he didn't have fake out in this game so you can react all of the 3 options.
some of them are available on yt(usually mainman swe) does it in a 15-20 minute video I compress it to 4-5 minutes but some are not available on yt and any other place from tekken 1 to tekken 5.0 there's no frame data available on the internet so I face a lot of difficulties in making those videos but I still make them for you guys

My Brother use to terrorize me with The Duk, One memory I have We went to an arcade, we past by T4 and decided to play... As usual he completely destroyed my ass, he continued to play Arcade mode.. Then a random guy showed up and challenged him. (Think he picked HWO) Anyways my brother destroyed him... Then I heard a bunch of chairs move, I turned around and 4 other guys got up and got in line to fight my Brother... We were there for quite a while be he ended up beating ALL OF EM.
Around 8 years ago, I was playing Tekken 5 DR and I lost to someone who played Marduk that only used his tackle, I lifted the arcade machine out of anger. The guy didn't press a button after that, but I also felt a lot of embarrassment and regret after I did that. A lot of people saw me. I didn't play Tekken at the arcades for almost a month, hoping people would forget about me doing that.
@@rmnhn There certainly isn't much in it, but I think Marduk just about edges both of those characters out due to having no fast CH launchers whatsoever, an i10 (as opposed to i8, or, bizarrely, in King's case, i9) standing one jab, and being one of the very few characters in Tekken history to lack a true mid from standing faster than i15, which would be bad news for a character in any Tekken, but is especially bad in the famously poke-heavy T4.
