While I didn’t go through the same thing, I was pregnant and homeless when I discovered this song. At that time I was alone during covid and my mom and gma had passed in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Both my rocks. Then lost my sister in 2018. They were my world the 3 of them. So I can feel your pain and what you’re going through. Stay strong. Am praying for you! 😘❤️‍🩹

I really really love this song. I am a 39 year old guy on the verge of starting my own family who rarely likes anything new. I am also obsessed with 80s music from my childhood and I think it's the best music of all time. But when I played this song in my car for the first time I teared up. Holy shit, im sorry. I lost my cousin as one of the 22 of the military. I was the one he went to before he went in since I was army and served overseas and steered him away from the army and marines. He went navy and committed suicide a week before he got out.
