Just watching this Margaret, it's fabulous. I am sorry I missed it - my energy was low due to pain & there was no raising it. But, I learnt something - my nose runs when spirit comes in, I never thought to ask them to stop it. I know when they are there as they come in through the back and urge me to stand up and I feel confident to pass the persons energy over.---
