Elana Leanna I thought her mother was a bit like the father in that Johnny Cash song "A Man Named Sue", where the parent does something despicable to make his child grow up to be a man. If you know what I mean.

So want to see this from early reviews Alison Janey is fabulous in this but I don't expect anything less cause she's great in everything she does so excited that she has finally has a role that might get an oscar in her hands cause she is so brilliant (only downside to her winning is I hope she doesn't leave mom cause I love that show)

i think this movie requires you to have in some way experience the tonya & nancy when it was aired. obviously it's a piece of history for everyone else but this new perspective that tonya wasn't really the main player in this story. swedish press, and i guess pretty much all worldwide press would say tonya was the brain behind this. but then again newspaper earns money by getting you to buy lots of them.

Of course Tonya was the brains, why would her ex husband attack Nancy for no reason? He had nothing to gain from helping Tonya other than getting paid.

Joe Smith ya she should clearly have played Nancy but that's what happens when you make a flattering movie about your disgraceful past. you cast yourself as positive as possible and having Margot play the real role of victim wouldn't make her look good. so you cast a very good actress and likable person in real life as someone who is truely dispicable to try and make person seem as misunderstood and not as the trash they really are. that's pretty much how the casting goes in a movie where you try and vindicate yourself from the real story. too bad she didn't wait 100 years then maybe there wouldnt be people alive who still remember the real story and to call bullshit on this flattering self promoting story about one of the most disgraceful people to ever step on olympic ice. what's next a flattering movie about the Munich massacre come on you will never exonerate yourself so let it go you are a terrible person.

@@youaredumbyep7579 that's what happens when you get a foreign director and foreign actors trying to retell an American story. Absolutely everything in this movie is completely inaccurate right down to the wrong music Margot skates to.

I love Margot Robbie she's a real superstar actor and she's so much better than Jennifer Lawrence(Talented actress but she's an idiot and picks horrible movies), and Emma Stone(not very talented, she plays the same role in every movie, she's got prestige now and she uses it as much as possible to show-boat), but I have been hearing weird things about this movie that Margot became a produce(cool, she's a little too young but cool) and tried to make sure no one upstaged her (for crying out loud they cast Sebastian Stan as her husband) and an unknown as Nancy Kerrigan, which I hope is not the case, Also I think she should go a little bit slower with her career, Brad Pitt and Leo waited over 10 years before they began producing because at that point they really knew what they were doing, I don't want to see this talented actress fuck up her career over her ego(Most women can't make it in this business because most actress' have huge egos)
