Paige Black, oddly enough I think pretty much everyone would prefer say cooked and seasoned pasta to a raw potato which hasnt been washed, peeled, or cooked. Even someone who generally loves potatoes and really dislikes pasta. They're not making "excuses". Some of these snacks aren't comparable, and John Smiths needs to be poured into a glass and left to settle before you drink it. It's a bitter not a lager. Not her fault though, it was probably just handed to her by cockneys who wouldn't know how to pour a northern bitter properly

Tim tams: bite a few millimeters off of each end, then use it sort of like a straw to get the drink all the way through, it only works once so does that some practice to get it right, then just eat the soft chocolaty goodness. I think that it's best with milk, hot chocolate only if you know that it'll be very sweet, tea is... interesting, depending on what tea, I don't like coffee but I expect that it'll be good!
