Govt is stupid and this tax on bonus should be removed. Govt should infact seriously think of curtailing their lavish expenses as they are wasting so much on tax payers money. BTW Mari is a much better company and is very well managed then other companies. They are diversifying like HUBCO and future holds good for them.

One more question is this tax is adjustable or not if i have booked lose than they will settle it there like cgt tax or like dividend tax we have to pay if we are in loss or profit
