I agree! Working out and eating less is the way to go. I gained 15 lbs once and I didn't understand why until I started adding up my daily calories, it terrified me how much I ate! So instead of eating 3 slices of pizza I ate 1, and I'd drink a cup of coffee and have salad and chicken for dinner. I'm now 27, standing at 5'4 weighing 110lbs and trust me I eat almost everything just in controlled portions

She is one of the most likeable celebrities around. She radiates positivity, and although she's extremely pretty, as a man, I don't feel intimidated by her beauty. She's very disarming and warm. She's feminine but has a tom boyish side that's very cute.

I did the same thing in college and continued the bad habits for a little while afterwards. My grandmother and mother both have diabetes so I couldn't carry that on forever.

Wait until menopause comes. You can do all the right things and STILL find yourself overweight. It got to a point for me that the weight gain and I wasn't doing anything wrong so I said "*** it, I'm eating whatever I want, I may as well enjoy myself." Life is too short.
