Not that I wouldn't ship the two for sure but it just seems like she's the kinda girl who would be happy with Tsubasa and Maria being together as a couple. But hey, her dying and everything kinda throws that into question. Honestly it would be quite a yuri triangle if she was still around I bet.

This is what we call the one piece treatment The main character can be flawed as hell and be funny, charming, etc as they please because they have a "Zoro" buffer who is the "main protagonist" stereotype In one piece Zoro's flaw is his sense of direction but asides from that he's basically ichigo from bleach "main character energy" Tsubasa acts as the guide keeping hibiki in line and is there to help add structure and responsibility You get more creative flexibility when your "strict badass main character" is actually a supporting character/secondary Sure tsubasa would make a good main character but she'd be way too predictable and the lighthearted banter and joking that goes on would happen less often and the tone would be more serious The tone of the show has to reflect the main character to some degree otherwise ya lose your viewers

@@anime76Resident good point. You know what. Let me rephrase my issue with Hibiki: she was way too OP and that made her feel disconnected from the rest team. Not to mention, even if she was the protagonist, the series was too focused on her and Miku. The series needed to focus less on her relationship with Miku and more on her relationship with the team because as is she feels a little too disconnected from them.

I wish they had gone the extra lenght and that song actually played. Would be awesome. XV has less songs than the previous two seasons anyway, and it's a sin to have a gear vs gear fight with no music.

I honestly straight up laughed it was just so out of nowhere and they didn't even take a second to let you process it just goes straight to the next scene.

I wanted Millaarc dead so I was grateful to Shem Ha.

I would be rather weird if their arc ended like that. Redemption or not just having them be cut down like this is rather unstatisfying so I'm gonna guess that at least Robot Lady surviewed, or maybe they'll be resurected to serve Shem-Ha.

NoFunPolice miliarc could still be alive since only her arm got cut off. The other is completely dead. First she got shot in the heart and the cut completely through. Unless a bs reset happens.

Tsubasa is still in Seal Invasion ever since episode 2 but thanks to Maria slap her, the seal is broken. Tsubasa is back to normal.
