You are doing things right my man, this was her fist live televised performance ever so it makes sense is the first live to see and to react to, and yes Id def advise to continue with her MTV unplugged album but react to the video not just the audio album so you can see her and believe me it will shine a different light on her and if you are already obssesed wait till you see that concert and the ones coming cause you are approaching her prime! You have no idea the greatness you are about to experience and the reason why she is the legend that she is. Little spoilers... Madison Square Garden and Tokio Dome Filled and sold out in hours and its just her in the middle of the stage, no gimmicks, no fancy nothing, no flashy outfits nothin! Just her belting it out like nobodies business... It doesnt get better than that. She is a gift from god.
If u wanna watch her earlier live performances from 1990-1992. Watch MTV Unplugged obviously, but also Vision of Love live at Apollo Theater 1990 (one her BEST live performances for the song), Vision of Love live at Oprah 1992 (also one of her BEST live performances of the song), Vanishing live at SNL 1990 (easily top 3 best performances of all time), and If It’s Over live at the Grammys 1992 (easily top 3)… all these performances are considered her BEST and they’re all from 1990-1992 so I rlly highlyyyyy recommend u watch ALL of them.
