Love the entire album, my favorite of hers actually but this song makes me want an entire Mariah album produced by Dev Hynes so badly man. It just shows how Mariah continues to age like wine with time & only gets better over modern alternative R&B production. Also I shat bricks hearing Slick Rick spit bars after like what...a 20 year retirement from rap? This is my song of the decade.

The Caution era was about repairing Mariah's public image after Stella's reign of terror and it succeeded, she scored her 27th Top 10 hit on the Adult Contemporary Chart with With You and she scored her 19th #1 on the Hot 100 the following year which would've been impossible if Mariah hadn't laid the groundwork with Caution. I can't wait to see what Mariah does next because the stage is set for an Emancipation sized comeback.

@@pemimpikecil5729 That's what i was thinking, but wasn't sure. I mean it does keep track of how many views and of course of how many likes so you'd think it'd count.... I miss the old days where you had to go to the store to get the CD and/or the single. I saw it plenty of times when i worked at Sam Goody, people would come in and they'd hear whatever promo we had playing and liked it so much that they'd end up buying the CD. Including Mariah at times.

Dare I say it, but i shall: CAUTION is my most mostest fave album from Mariah's whole catalog of music since her first album MARIAH CAREY. Every cut is so sharp and deep that I am decapitated every time. Not snatched but beheaded. From opening song GTFO to the last cut PORTRAIT. There are hidden vocal gems that I always discover every time i listen to it. Only MC can structure a song with so many layers of beautiful vocals that may not necessarily require any music. I LOVE ME SOME MC to the nth Degree.
