I love Mariah, always have, and always will! However, I am wondering who is behind her marketing and PR. I am the first to say this woman doesn’t have to prove anything else; she did it all. However, I feel like she has a lot of star power to be doing shows like this. People pay to hear her sing, not to see her stand there like a mannequin and lip-sync easy songs! Now, I get it; maybe her voice is not in good condition due to nodules or perhaps depression is affecting her after her broken relationship with Bryan. I can understand this, but then I feel like she has to at least share some of what she is going through - whether it’s her vocal condition, nodules, or depression. Opening up will allow her real fans to understand, be compassionate, or even pray for her. Being secretive about a big elephant in the room won’t help because, first, people will be wondering, then they will be waiting for changes, and if not, they will be leaving! Anyways she is a legend and the greatest singer of all time
I completely agree Mariah is depressed she's past her prime and she doesn't really care she probably can't have any more children which is what Bryan wanted and at her age she should be married and happy but she's not at all and it shows screw the whistle notes, either give a real vocal performance with choices of songs that are easy on the voice or retire but if you retire at least give one more dynamite performance and drop the ,mic her whisper register and falsetto, head voice are my favorite parts of her voice but lipping is just further damaging her career, remove the nodules and retrain your voice
