This song "Vanishing" is my Favorite Mariah Song. I grew up listening to this song and singing this song into my hair brush every day. I'm so glad I get to share this song with you all.

it blows my mind that lisa never made it. THIS GIRL CAN SING. there have been youtube talents that were mediocre that were able to break into the mainstream (esmee, justin, etc.) why not lisa??? btw great cover. this is one of my fav mariah songs. she should see this!!!

I honestly think that you have a great voice! This was one of my favorite mariah songs growing up as well. Your support and tone manipulation is impecable. Your low range especially is very impressive, coupled with your intonation and control in the high is just amazing. Watch some of your vowels though, you open up a little too much and your intonation goes a little flat. Other than that, I love all of your artistry in this song. Keep going!

This song was personal to mariah. Lisa did a great job covering it. If you see the Rehearsal for mariah carey doing it live....What amazed me was how mariah was belting and she just did the highnote out of no where I was amazed

This was always my favorite song of Mariah Carey. Thank you for your magnificent version . Your voice is beautiful , it has very peculiar depths. I'm say this. The fact that Lisa even came close to mariah is just pure talent. I know all of you seen covers of idol,youtube of people singing mariah and sounding terrible or out of place. Lisa is the only person I'v seen who sang mariah's song on the same key and format(David cook had to basically re-arrange ABMB to sing it) As far as i see this is the best MC cover ever. Give the girl props people

Lisa --- I wanted to share with you that one morning I was rocking this song and I was walking down the hallway and it came to 2:39 in the song and I got totally choked up and started to cry! It was so strange... hit me like a ton of bricks (I NEVER cry) and just as I got myself composed... swallowed the lump in my throat ,... 3:21 came along and tore me back down!!! I cried until it was over sitting in my hallway... THANK YOU for that experience!!!

My friend who is a very talented male singer showed me you singing this song yesterday. I had never listened to you before that. Today I just had to come back to you singing this song, one of the very special to me by the way. I must say, you did justice having a lower voice than Mariah. look no one can be anyone else anyway. But she has her own identity in her voice. the very fact that she can sing a mariah carey song in the same kind of style as mariah sings it and yet not sound like she's copying mariah but sound like something very unique, itself shows the originality of her voice. She brings feeling into what she sings. I really think this girl can make it big. Only a matter of time.

I know alot of people find it distracting to watch someone sing live and it may take away from the performance for those people who dont know that lisa isn't "performing for the camera" this is how she sings! Anyway... I recommend that anyone who is on the fence about this song just listen to it without watching the video and you will definitely feel her emotion!!!!
