good insoles are awesome but that protects the Bottom of your feet. Absorbing an impact by moving properly with timing and coordination is how anyone can jump down shit for years and still be good. Just because you wrecked yourself doesnt mean others have to. I'm 31 and have been jumping shit since like '03. Just be smart about it and understand what can make you stronger.

If u roll after landing it spreads out the impact that’s why you see a lot of skaters when they fall they roll out of it
