It's unreal, his vocal chops. I take lessons from Josh's sister, and she's a great instructor. Vocal runs like what Josh does are borderline impossible. Not saying it can't be done, but it takes serious work and proper technique to get to that level. He's like the Mr. Miyagi of vocalists.
Probably because this is their home show, so she could make it out for this. Also, none of the other concert video of Killing Kind I seen had the dry ice smoke effect either.
There were stories of Josh hurting himself during a concert of that tour. Heard that it was a rib so his singing was affected. For the cane itself, it was also the theatrics.
