It's marilyn manson. Of course people are in love with him once they get to know him and what kind of person he is. Intelligence attracts people. Especially people with issues. Of course she's gonna "flirt" with him. Duhhhh

also, this 'charlotte roche' is clearly in love with him... constantly smiling... smiling... she's so... HAPPY...

The reason why there is no book, I think, is that part of the story couldn’t be completed-since he broke up with Rose McGowan not long after then. It’s more or less dedicated to her.
