Rest in Peace Norma Jean Baker (June 1, 1926 - August 4, 1962); 36 years. May you rest in eternal paradise!!! I love you with all my heart! I will see you when we are both hopefully in Heaven!
9 is the number of completion. The numbers in her birth year (1926) and her death year (1962) add up to 18, which reduces to the number 9 (1 + 8). The number 26 in her birth year mirrors the number 62 in her death year. She completed her journey on this earth in 1962. She served her purpose. RIP sweet soul.
@@mikedavis8314 That's interesting. I've never read that before. Strange that her birth year and passing year are opposites, tho. Her age when she passed-36 is equal to nine.
She was at her best - just lovely and fun - and loved how her and the director found the character He did to her everything she dose is with giant eyes - wide eyes and she said yes !!! It’s the key !!!! The key to the charector !!
Everyone at Twentieth Century Fox was initially nervous about casting Russell and Monroe opposite each other; they feared a War Of The Divas. In point of fact, the two ladies not only became good friends for the duration of the shoot, but remained so until Monroe's untimely death nine years later. Russell always spoke of Marilyn with great affection, as an older sister would.
No other career was quite this delicious as the uniquely talented late Marilyn Monroe and the supporting cast absolutely marvelous They are a treasure trove of sparkling diamonds 💎
I felt sad when the news broadcast of Marilyn Monroe's death which came across a floor model radio previously owned by my maternal grandparents. The year was 1962. The family was sitting and cutting apples for apple pie. Isn't that quite interesting that I still remember what I was doing when the tragic news was heard?📻
Imagine if this was the title of current day movie "Gentleman prefer blondes" Note: Im not a blue eyed blonde ...far from it and i don't think gentleman prefer only blondes but what im trying to say is ppl are just too offended these days. I get offended at major things too but not at every nonsense Just miss the times when ppl were not ultra sensitive
Women then wanted to be like Lorelei for being pretty and compliant to the men. Women now want to be like Dorothy for being smart, wise and independent.

I love Dorothy’s gown! It’s gorgeous! She looks so radiant! People back then got dressed up for dinner like they were going to the Oscars😍😍😍 ohhh what a wonderful era for fashion❤️🔥✨
Marylin was such a great comedic actress. Her cute little face when she toasts - it’s hilarious but also believable and lovable. It’s too bad she wasn’t appreciated more for her talent in her own time.
@@lukehailey8250 Her talent was too perfect. Looked so natural that you couldn t even see it was talent. So sad it is to have talent at this point no one sees it.
“I think 2 heads are better than 1. It’s ticklish business any way you look at it. Come on, WE’LL STICK TOGETHER.” I absolutely just love their friendship!! #nofakefriendsin2022andbeyond 💯😍‼️
Jane Russell has so much more charisma than Marilyn Monroe, honestly. Of course, they're both beautiful, but Monroe comes across a bit cartoonish to be honest. Her voice grates on my nerves--too high-pitched and artificial.
