Thank you again Karen. Quite an "incendiary" set. The work it took to compile all these images in one place is miraculous. I wish they kept that music number in the film, where they were wearing the black and gold outfits but it was cut out. But, my all time favorite dress of hers is that orange dress she wears at dinner.
I've said this so many times but I really do wish that Marilyn and Jane would've made more movies together! 🥰They were a great team! I love those French costumes that were cut from the movie! The hats were a little silly, if they would have paired the French costumes with the top hats like they did in some of the pictures they would have looked better! The only 2 or 3 pictures Ive seen before from this group are of Marilyn drinking a Coke.❤ Lovely pictures Karen ❣️
I agree Karen put together a fantastic montage of Marilyn and Jane. The hat that they wore is a take on the typical French Admiral Bicorn hat. Whereas the top hat is positively an English creation, therefore the bicorn hat is appropriate for this French number. Both of these women were so incredibly feminine and beautiful that the bicorn hats looks "Absolument Magnifique.
00:27 - (based on these images - and a brief clip I've seen elsewhere) I think there was another musical number cut from the final film, I really hope someone finds this footage one day. T:)
