Such an amazing animation! I'm just so puzzled as to how you make these things. I've played koikatsu myself before, but there is obviously nothing like this in the game. So i was just wondering, do you use some kind of a rendering program to make the hair clipper models etc?

So i make/edit the characters in koikatsu then switch over to modded repack of charastudio and use a plugin called timeline and video export which lets you keyframe anything in the game such as camera angles and faces/mouth and even hair and I match it to the voice dub to the best of my ability or speed it up in a video editor after exporting it as a video which is pretty much hundreds of screenshots. and the clippers are made from generic shapes in charastudio that i made look like clippers and you turn all the shapes into a sub folder which can be as one object. both the shaved head (i.e stubble) and wahl logo on the clippers for example are both textures I made myself in ms paint and imported using material editor. There is pretty much a formula i follow that takes a lot of practice to make it look good because I have been doing these animation for a little over a year and just now feel slightly confident. on average these take anyone from 5 days to 2 weeks if i work a little bit on it a few hours a night. i'm so happy you think it looks properly rendered when in reality it's just intricate stop motion hehe
Yes I know that I am fully aware how wig caps work as I used to cosplay and how little this would make sense in reality and no one would shave their head over a wig not fitting irl. this contrived animation isn't based in real life and just me having fun :3
@@inikaa__ so what should the Bet be about? And should it be a boy and girl? Or 2 girls where the losers shaves the other one? I dont usually take requests but I like this! I'd love some suggestions on what to do
@@vbpdkoikatsu it could be that two girls a mean one that always bullies the other girl and decide to make a bet, the mean one loses and because of the bet has to shave her head. (Also if you want after she shaves her head people laugh at her) but thats up to you
I was thinking of doing 2 girls at one of eachothers houses and they are bored and decide to play rock, paper scissors and the one who loses bets shaved by the other one. How does that sound?
