and strongly criticize those that are passive about animal welfare and environmental enrichment,

*Environmental enrichment is a measure to reduce
their mental and physical stress and have them live a happy life from the standpoint of an ape,
not from a human convenience or emotion.
Among them,
foraging enrichment (installing puzzle feeders and increasing the number of meals so that apes can lead a rich life) can be done at low cost.

こんにちは✩ マリナさんは今日はチビッコ達や女王に絡まれずに穏やかに過ごせているのでしょうね。マックス君とマリナさんは不思議と適度な距離の親子というイメージがあります。デッキーさんはディル君と遊べて良かった！本当に優しい。デッキーさんは子供以外に寛容な対応でメスからも信頼厚いな。まだミルちゃん情報が。ミカンちゃんの時は約１ヶ月で名前が公表されたからどうかなと。慎重に対応しているのかな。世界チンパンジーの日にあわせて発表？！デッキーさんはもう会えたかな。イブキ君の時も助けてくれましたし。おそらくミカンちゃんの時も。

こんにちは。蒸し暑いですね。MM親子はたま～に毛づくろいする程度でべったりではないですね。チンパンジーの日もうすぐですね。アナウンス期待しています。公開するかどうかは別として名前の発表は期待します。

I think Momoko is a good mother. Personally I've yet to see a mother chimpanzee discipline their own babies.

Great video. Sorry, but Dill is a brat. Adorable little baby though. Who stopped Max dead in his tracks? Decky? I saw Nana do something similar. Max will display all day otherwise. Max, Gin, Fubuki and Decky could all come out together, only Max and Bonbon were not allowed out together. Where are Fubuki and Gin today? I haven’t seen Fubuki in awhile.

From what I have read Gin can no longer come outside with Max because they stayed out all night together one time, and they do not want to chance that. Why do you say Dill is a brat? He is just a baby acting like a baby😂 Everyone seems to adore Dill. I don't know why Fubuki isn't out with Max. That seems odd.

⁠⁠@@livieandevieiDK, it’s probably because I didn’t expect baby Dill to be like this. He’s no worse than Ibuki for sure. He plays a little rough, seems to ignore most of the adults and i thought he looked a little po’d with Decky at :37. I remember in a couple of videos last year, Gin refused to go in right away but never for very long. I asked about Fubuki last week and the channel replied they hadn’t seen him in a while. This video implied Fubuki and Momoko’s relationship was not good. Fubuki tormented Ibuki, but I never saw him mistreat his mother. I’ve missed a lot.

@@sharonb.9128 This is just from observations of watching 2 channels that record the Tama troup. I believe Dill likes to play rough because Ibuki likes to play rough with Dill. They look to have so much fun together, but I believe that is just how Dill learned to play. The way I see if Dill (or any chimps kids) are angry or just playing, is they smile while playing. They have this goofy open mouthed smile 😃 But I tell you what, Dill has a temper! He can get angry when he this momma Mikan is being treated bad😆

True, and all the kids, including the daughter, have fiery tempers. It’s strange considering how even-tempered the mom is.

I'm curious.. at a certain age, do chimps stop grooming? I have never seen Peco groom anyone.

Just like humans, as chimpanzees get older, they become less willing to move. However, there are elderly chimpanzees like Nana who are enthusiastic about grooming themselves. Ultimately, I think it depends a lot on the personality of the chimpanzee. 特になにかがあったわけではないですが、チンパンジーの母と息子は生涯中が良いのが一般t的ですが、モモコとフブキは珍しく中が悪いです。フブキは繁殖制限などの理由で外に出る回数が少ないですね。

Personally, in my opinion, I feel like Fubuki was cheated out of having a play mate his own age. I feel like that is part of the reason he acted up so much. But I feel like Fubuki is getting mature, and is turning into a great chimp.

Fubuki is much more calm these days. Sakura is probably the more immature of the young chimps, and Gin is somewhat stunted emotionally (hence why he has not yet grown independent from Decky).

Momoko chimpanzee was never a good mother to Fubuki or Ibuki. Tama needs to put all chimps together into one team. If Bonbon can't handle it then obviously he is not the Alpha.

I think the trouble with putting them all together is they are afraid Bonbon might hurt/kill Max. They don't want to chance that. Max is one of 3 males that are allowed to breed. At least that is what I have heard from other videos I have watched..
