I joined the Corps 37 years ago and spent 23 years of my life there. The one constant in my career is that a properly sung cadence still gives me chicken skin just like in did at MCRD San Deigo all those years ago. Outstanding job! Yut!

I’m an old timer with a bad ticker. Never served, but I listen to these taking a walk or on the treadmill/rower. I find it mesmerizing and motivating at the same time. Much respect, sir.

How are you doing MSGT, any advice for those switching over to another branch? I’ll be making the move to the airforce this upcoming January 25’ when my OG contract is up.
The precision and timing of drill promotes skill, teamwork and discipline. It is also a more effective way to move 60-90 "trainees" from one place to the other.
