Can this finance company be used for a used boat not sold from harbor side marinas? As in privately owned boats?

having hard inquiries from 10, 20, even 30 lenders within a short time period only counts as 1 hit on FICO, as long as all the inquiries are for the same purpose. ie home loan, auto, marine. rate shopping is normal. now if you apply for 20 credit cards in 2 weeks, thats a whole different story hahaha great information though.
