For the next parkrun review we travelled to Marine Parade parkrun in Weston-super-Mare.
Yet again the weather was very kind to us and the sun was beating down on to the sand. Yes that's right, Marine Parade parkrun is run on the beach during the Spring/ Summer months but the tide does dictate this so always check their website before hand (link further down).
The welcome was great and everyone was really friendly.
The course is absolutely pancake flat, however the sand is sapping but it was so worth the effort. Running along the beach with the sea lapping up the shore was beautiful.
