I have returned, and this is one of the most wholesome things I’ve seen. Marines are the toughest guys in the US military, and these guys proved they’re strong in the true way. And they were acting like happy little boys.
Being a former enlisted man myself, This IS why they are the toughest and strongest. They are not succumbed by pity idea of being a macho man. They actually know how to appreciate the culture of their country.
This is positively adorable! These men are, in my view, real men because they are comfortable enough with their masculinity to embrace the feminine, too.
wow that was Awesome and very funny they should go to Walt Disney World and see Queen Elsa in person and sing Let it Go with her that would make their day and dream come true
My brother is a retired Marine. He did several tours and earned a Purple Heart. He’s the commander of his VFW post and tricked my roommate and I into becoming social members. One of the first things he did as commander was start making karaoke a regular thing at the bar.
It’s not surprising. Back in the late 80s or early 90s - unless that was when he was in the military and died in the 2000s, (I don’t remember the soldier’s name) was highly respected and became an officer (I just remember what level - I’m anti-war, so I only look at the rating system for a project or something). They found out he was gay, had been with his partner for years, and he was pretty much forced out of the army - and his partner wouldn’t receive any benefits or anything that heterosexual couples would. And if you were transgender you weren’t welcome too much, and worry if they could find some way to discharge you, and whether or not it would be an honorable and dishonorable discharge. That’s why I love and miss Obama where he threw out the stupid Clinton policy of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”, and then have dickhead Trump completely reverse the way trans soldiers are treated. Thankfully we’ve made more progress as a society with LGBT related things, and I think there were actually some high ranking officers who were very upset with Trump changing the policy. But it’s like people who hate Obama try to use that he didn’t promote gay marriage much his first few years in office - perhaps he always supported it and didn’t state it due to still having homophobia as an issue in the late 2000s/early 2010s, or perhaps he changed his mind. People are allowed to, so attacking them when they seem to SINCERELY (unlike Trump) change their mind is stupid. So at least now gay soldiers and veterans who have partners get the benefits they’ve deserved for decades. And then you got the UK, and the reason why I’ll always like Harry more. He was wild when he was younger, but matured once he did a few tours in the army. Apparently one soldier (who I think was at the bottom, like a Private) recounted how a group of men on the base were chasing after him, I think at night since less people would be around to see. He knew they were going to beat or haze him. I think the soldier saw a tank and climbed inside, and he came face to face with Harry - he asked what was going on, the guy told him. Apparently he immediately became apocalyptically furious, got out of the tank, and gave a verbal lashing to the idiots. Can you imagine being one of those dickheads and suddenly seeing a VERY FURIOUS prince coming at you? I don’t remember if they received some punishment, but the gay soldier was taken aback because he had never talked to Harry, or even really see him on base - complete stranger. Yet he had him stay in the tank and took care of the goons for him. But I feel like I don’t hear enough stories like that in the States sadly. Especially as you know no one after that incident probably EVER said or threatened that soldier (and maybe even other gay soldiers) again. And never mind the time Harry was giving a TV interview on base (I believe in the Middle East) and an alarm or something went off, and without saying anything he ripped off his mic pack, jumped up and ran to his station. But I do often wonder the policies other countries (especially other Western countries) have in regards to LGBT soldiers. Especially when male soldiers are raped/sexually assaulted by other soldiers, and if they report it, nothing happens - in some interviews it kind of sounds like they have it worse than the female soldiers in many ways, like some say they become laughing stocks. Or viewed as not manly enough to stop the attack. We seem to make progress in some areas, and at the same time HUGE setbacks in other areas sadly - especially in reports of abuse being taken seriously, and/or any punishments given to the attackers.
Everyone says that, get the fuck out of here. Oh my god they’re in the military enjoying their down time. Hey can say whatever they want when they’re with each other. They’re all brothers in the military, it’s locker room talk, get the fuck over it
Hmm. Are those Marines turned on by an animated character with swinging hips? Don't get me wrong it was fun to watch the "Marines" cheer an animated film but just an observation. :)
Singing out of tune... Missing a majority of the lyrics... Belting out the chorus... And giving ooh-rah' like the beasts they are... I will always be proud of my Marine Corps. Semper Fi.
Some moron in the internet wrote an article about this event, and he said that these marines' reactions to Elsa's transformation were a bad thing, because it supposedly shows how they treat sex and violence...what a load of crap!
" No real Marine would be caught dead watching and getting into this kind of garbage!" Revamping that comment. The first part of the comment I am sure I did not write but. But suspect who did. My reaction is based on my own beliefs and experiences. Married to an ex military man, finding anime and it turning into the filthiest videos I had ever seen, shocked, scared and haunts me to the core. Guised in what I thought was innocent, thinking like a stupid trusting woman that it was a cartoon. Until I saw what they were doing. I believe we desensitize ourselves to things we would have at one time abhorred. Makes it easier to create confused illegal obsessions until one day the individual crosses the line with real people. My nieces husband; 3 times in afganistan went from provocative aname to the real perversion of pedophilia. With the stress our guys live with, how easy is it to cross the line??? I pray for those in bondage to the prevertions and temptations. Not judging. But being an old military wife I cry and pray for our military men and women to find faith in God and for their salvation. There is enough trauma without them having this issue as well.
I like to see you say that in front their face you fucking pussy. But of course you won't all you can do say shit behind a computer congrats on you showing how much of a uneducated coward you are. You should be grateful these men are sacrificing their lives in the battlefield to protect your idiotic ass.
