De Marinierskapel der Koninklijke Marine met Tamboers & Pijpers van het Korps Mariniers en een erewacht bestaande uit een commandant en twee detachementen van het Commando Zeestrijdkrachten, marcheerden op de koude woensdagochtend 23 januari 2019, vanaf de Koninklijke Stallen naar de achterzijde van het Paleis Noordeinde in Den Haag. Daar vond de overhandiging plaats van de geloofsbrieven aan de Koning van achtereenvolgens de ambassadeur van de Republiek ten Oosten van de Uruguay, H.E. mw. Laura Dupuy Lasserre, de ambassadeur van Verenigde Arabische Emiraten, H.E. mw. dr. Hissa Abdulla Ahmed Alotaiba en de ambassadeur van het Koninkrijk Cambodja, Z.E. Nom Piseth.
Na een eresaluut van vier roffels en het volkslied van het land van de ambassadeur volgde een inspectie van de erewacht, waarna de ambassadeur met gevolg binnentrad. Na afloop van de ceremonie marcheerden Kapel en Erewacht weer terug naar de Koninklijke Stallen.

On a cold Wednesday morning, January 23th 2019, the Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy & "Drums & Fifes" - Marine Corps , and a "guard of honour", consisting of a commander and two detachments of the Commando Naval Forces, marched from the Royal Stables to the Royal Palace "Noordeinde" in The Hague. There was the presentation of the ambassador’s letters of credence of successively the Ambassador of the Republic East of Uruguay, H.E. Mrs. Laura Dupuy Lasserre, the ambassador of the United Arabic Emirates, H.E. Mrs. dr. Hissa Abdulla Ahmed Alotaiba and the ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia, H.E. Nom Piseth, to H.M. the King of the Netherlands, Willem-Alexander.
After a salute of four drum-rolls and the National Anthem of the Ambassador's country, an inspection of the "Guard of honour" was followed, after which the Ambassador entered the palace.
After the ceremony, the Military Band and "Guard of honour" marched back to the Royal Stables.
