I'm glad you started playing FNF, here's some of my recommendations. Dead Air V1 - a horror media theme mod, pretty short. Ourple Guy V3 - a FNAF theme mod, +1 hour long. I hope to see more FNF now.
For Last Course, the tongue isn't insta kill, you've been hit by it a few times without you realizing your health drop, reason it feels like an insta kill is because Mario (or Turmoil for his official creepypasta name) drains your health and his tongue attack does about half your health if you get hit by it.
50:48 Correction: The tongue attack only takes out half of the health bar, meaning if you’re under the halfway point of the health bar, then that is instant death if not dodged
Hey, if you hear closely to music "Oh god no" you can hear Mario saying after peach fades away "because you're my brother" and then luigi says back "you're no longer my brother" but for some reason almost unheareble
You know, the thought just occurred to me, Costume was apparently a last resort for Horror Mario. I wonder if it’s because of the lore around Costume being a creepypasta about a serial killer using a costume in the real world, and maybe Horror Mario didn’t want to give him the time of day because he’s exactly the kind of person that put him in this hell rather than sharing it with him.
The devs have confirmed this multiple times, but any relation of Costume to the spanish creepypasta is false. It wasn't meant to be a reference, just their take on costume from the SMG64 CLASSIFIED series, where he appears for a split second in an episode.
@@ModernAegis They wanted stanley to only be one of the fights there. Said something about how Costume was supposed to have a much bigger role in the sm64 classified series but was scrapped to an easter egg, so they wanted to make him a main for it, and its still worse lol

If you want a really good FNF mod like this one, play Vs Impostor. The v4 build specifically, since v5 is kind of a joke update. It's also where the Black, White and Maroon impostors are from, so it'd be worth checking out!

The reference for "No Hope" is from Devil Mario. Devil Mario is the main villain of Daniel Sun's fan series, Power Star. Being possessed right off the bat on the first episode, this genocidal, maniacal version of Mario seeks the Power Stars to fulfill his purpose… The destruction, of all creation.

The version of Luigi in the song "Alone" is actually official. It was from a Spaceworld 2000 demo of the first Luigi's Mansion, and was featured in an early fmv for the game. In it, The screen is first very dark, but then a lighting strike brightens the screen and reveals Luigi with that expression standing in front of the mountain.
Facts about turmoil mario: 1: i think he is from a comic which is a unique way to make a character compared to the others. 2: he is invested with yoshi's dna, so that's why you see a bunch of enemies in the backround and the reason why boyfriend is a goomba. 3: speaking of bf being a goomba, i think he is a goloomba, which is another version of a goomba.
Fun fact: everything in Classified Castle is actually based off a Mario analog horror. I can’t remember the name of the series, but I do remember that the Mario in the first song is called Stanley, who is a sentient AI. Edit: I remembered something else: the black and white Mario in the song ‘The End’ is called Costume
If you want to keep the nintendo and horror combo, then I HIGHLY recommend the Hypno's Lullaby mod Its a cancelled build but it was canned 10 days before its release date so it looks complete with the amount of content it has

If you haven't done this mod yet try the Mario Bros. Deluxe mod. It's a FNF mod that plays on those who've played the GBC port of Mario Bros. It's called Mario Bros funk mix.

I kinda meant that they changed stuff in the mod after v2 came out. If you look at early footage from mario's madness v2 you can see some changes, like mario sing and game rythm 9 had you lose all your coins in a miss and 24:35 had spotlights pointing at the characters, alone didn't have the lyrics show up as text, the overworld didn't change after beating oh god no (I think), no party had a more strict drawing judgement but you recieved less dmg and abandoned had less water notes at the last part so you had to hit all of them or you would die. They also could've changed unbeatable, but idk. Not sure if they changed anything else, feel free to correct me.
You should play hit single reel and adventure isle. Hit single reel has a whole bunch of scrapped songs from the cancellation era of fnf and an original song which may be the best song in fnf history. Adventure Isle is widely considered the best horror mod of all time.
I got a few mods for you Vs. Imposter v4 Vs. Mannco v2 demo Ytp invasion v3 Vs. Nonsense v2 Vs. mobmod Ofcorse its not as high quality as this mod but there still high quality.
ngl I've been watching your channel for years now so this is a nice change oh but another "mario" mod I'm gonna reccomend is infernal bout even though it's a bowser mod not mario (it's very well made)
From what i believe, this mod took around 2-3 years of grinding development, of course with its ups and downs in progress, its release got delayed like 3 times lol
Since week 4 came out. I was really bad at the game so I would just watch my friends play. Then this year I decided to give it a try again and I suddenly wasn’t terrible. I think Valorant made me a better rhythm game player LOL
What about unbeatable? You know the secret song? I know you’re very tired but take your time once you come back just finish the song. Trust me it’s really hard but it doesn’t matter or just let the bot play whatever you want

So basically its the reference to the original source material, and by that i mean original ROM hack, where near the end of the ROM, you can pick up a mushroom (the same one on the note), and it makes the map almost the same like in the mod, all bloody and dark exept music stays same enjoyful
