This is my final video with me and SMG Meggy as RU-vid Partners, I won’t tell why it’s a bit personal. But don’t worry, me and SMG Meggy are still great friends, we’re just going our separate ways RU-vid wise. 😊👍 May 2023 edit: I beg to differ. 😉
Usually shipping videos feel a bit on the nose, but this feels natural and well animated; plus using the recent movie and concern for their friends SMG4 and SMG3 as a backdrop helps sell how much they care about each other. Also kudos for bringing up Mario's past love of princess peach and spaghetti, that's 100% accurate to his character imo. the voicing is solid too; Mario's voice sounds accurate to Charles Martinet while not sounding too much like an AI/text to speech or too over the top expression wise like the in game sound effects, same with Meggy, it sounds faithful to Lizzie and Elsie's portrayal's while again not sounding too expressive but still conveying emotion, it feels truly human.
This was wholesome to watch. It may not be my kind tea of ships, but I am glad to give a few smiles for people that enjoy this content. Thanks for having me once again for voice acting Meggy! I always appreciate helping other content creators! :D 👍

This might be one of the best MxM confession fan creations I’ve ever seen. If the ship ever becomes cannon one day it’s confession scene will have a good deal of competition
@M&LDT Miyamoto confirmed in 2005 that Mario is in his 20’s, and Mario’s the universe avatar so age could straight up be irrelevant to his existence, like a god from other fictions, so I’m not agreeing with any of that

Nice! I like how Mario & Meggy act like they do in modern SMG4, even down to the animations! If Mario x Meggy were to happen, I think it would look like this.

Imagine trying to convince SMG4 to make this canon. I'm an optimist but I don't think SMG4 will be to cooperative to make this canon. But with a little help from every supporter. I think that it'll happen.😉
