I think it's the boo talking... After all when you think about what he says it kinda makes sense... He voices his absolute hatred for Mario one which no rabbid would have... King boo is one of the only other boo's who actively speaks about Mario and it would seem that his species as a whole hates Mario... Given he is the ONLY (I think) boo to have a full voice he has the ability to tell Mario how much he hates him... This is only my opinion though

This battle was like a tutorial and showcase in how effective push/bounce effect can be. I think only ONCE did Phantom's bounce not proc. on Mario in my Mario/Rabbid Peach/Luigi party and thank GOD my lineup left me with two vehicle drones to get around the shield bearing shotgun dudes.
I just love Phantom. He's a comedy legend when I hear him sing "Spotlight" and or say "How DARE you! My vision will not be compromised!" You gotta love that Phantom. Ha!
So not only are we taking influence from XCOM, but now we got a monster dissing the hero in song in the middle of battle in the same vein as Conker's Bad Fur Day?
