The relationship between Bowser and his son is just too precious. For every animation you can really see how the two characters see one another, it's amazing. I wish they do this more often, like they do here and Mario Power Tennis.

I love how according to this montage, Shadow's rival wasn't Sonic, but Waluigi this whole time.

One thing i always loved is that unlike mario and bowser who just hate each other, sonic and eggman are just rivals. Sonic isnt even mad, he just styles on eggman

Shadow's looking sideways at Silver, which is weird because he never really looks at any of his teammates much - he even does this little squint thing - and Silver's trying to copy Shadow's badass. There's this huge "I wanna be like him when I grow up" attitude going on for him while this is practically the only time Shadow looks semi-happy to be on a team. He's like, "There's something about this kid..." I do like Peach and Amy though, if you remember that Amy's a lot younger than Peach, and it's kind of 'Big sister' thing.

Mario has a special victory animation if he won with Peach, but why Luigi doesn’t have his own special animation if he win with Daisy?! My god… I would love that.
