The first goal is a prime example of "crashing the net". By "crashing the net", you hope to obstruct the view of the goaltender so that a teammate can shoot the puck a long distance away and score. Or redirect a shot made by your teammate into the net and score. :)

to find the picture, you need to go on the home icon of the game and you should see in the bottom right corner toad with a wii u pad, above showing along the lines of M&S tv...., click on this and you should see your photo, but this is only accesable via wii u gamepad
