Cook for your audience, but I also managed to get a 12 year old to eat a steak, without ketchup or any other sauce but what I cooked with, at MEDIUM, and he loved it! I've also made onion rings that my mother, who was raised on Whataburger, said beat Whataburger's onion rings! I can die a happy man!

@@trystenschroader4704 Well, it's all about knowing who you're cooking for. And no, at least for now, I won't share my secrets on those two. But, for the "best" grilled cheese, use fresh bread, GOOD cheese (go to the deli, not plastic wrapped crap,) and add meat, bacon or ham is amazing.

Umm, caviar is not meant to be eaten by itself. Besides, there are very cheap and nasty brands of caviar out there. And more importantly, anyone can make an awesome burger right at home, while still using the cheapest ingredients possible, and the burger will still have more flavor and texture then the caviar. Caviar is over rated. You know whats extreamly expensive but not over rated? A5 Wagu Kobe Beef from Kobe, Japan. Only about 1 out of 50 cows are graded to be A5 Kobe Beef. A5 is the highest quality beef in the world, and it only comes from 1 place, Kobe Japan. Eating the A5 beef is like eating a completely different type of meat all together, its nothing like NY Strip or Fillet. In japan they barely cook it, most of the time they give it a little seasoning with salt and sometimes maybe pepper, and they give it a very light sear on the outside, so the inside is mostly still raw, or at the very least its served very rare. Its always said, the higher quality of beef, the rarer you should eat it.
