All of Yoshi's voice clips from Mario Golf 64, taken from his 16-bit Super Mario World sound effects, previously reused in Mario Kart 64 and Mario Party 1, and reused again in Mario Party 2 and 3, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, New Super Mario Bros. U, Super Mario Maker 1, and Super Mario Maker 2. Despite this game coming out after Yoshi's Story had established Kazumi Totaka as his main voice actor, Yoshi still uses his SNES sound effects for his voice in this game, making this the only Mario Golf game where he does so. Additionally, not counting his status as a transferable character in Mario Golf: Advance Tour, this remains the only Mario spinoff where Yoshi is an unlockable character, albeit only outside of Multiplayer Mode, and as I stated in Donkey Kong's video, if all 4 players are using either him or Yoshi in a Multiplayer Match, the music will change to a remix of the GBC version's Palm Club theme!
