Here's the team of Shadow Mario and Petey Piranha vs. Bowser and Bowser Jr. They play on Shifting Sands, and in turns out to be a very close match. Petey goofed up at times, and I did as well, but we managed to do pretty good.

I don't care if you listen to Bowser Jr. crying in this game, but do NOT listen to it in Mario Kart: Double Dash. It's EXTREMELY insufferable, and it's bad for your ears.
