This patch simply changes the drivers, karts, and audio files. All other aspects of the original Mario Kart 64 remain the same.
The original modder, TeamFaustGames, created the initial modification, while TokattaMusic was responsible for the voice upgrade. This patch updates the characters in Mario Kart 64 to be characters from GTA San Andreas. This modification is quite similar to the mod created by TeamFaustGames; however, some changes were made to the audio files as some of the original mod's audio files didn't fit well within the context of Mario Kart 64. Two intro sounds were also changed upon booting up the game. Most of the audio files no longer clip, with the exception perhaps of "You picked the wrong house foo!" TokattaMusic found that half of the voice files in the original mod weren't as funny or relevant to the action that caused the voice file to be played. Many of the original audio files were retained, but a bunch of new, funnier, and more relevant audio was added.
