Smart steering does have some downsides: You can't do certain shortcuts You can't get the purple mini-turbo

Well I’ll tell you guys this. If you have your copies of the game you call the shots. I’m not using that mode. Them Likaru or whatever they are either deal with it and do there jobs or there fired.

Tahera deh Hedgehog and Hedgehog friends smart steering makes your kart have like a radio thing and there isn’t that behind the kart meaning that it’s disabled

I'm going to say that since MM54321 hasn't changed in years, he has failed to make videos that appeal to the new community that has come to RU-vid.

It pains me to say it but it's true. His videos are of lower quality than his and he post very, very infrequently while SMG4 post every week/2 weeks. (This includes MatthewGU4, Megaman765 and others however these guys post even less or aren't even active anymore.) In fact I think SMG4 is the only one still doing it. However SMG4 does reference MM54321 every once in a while (Specifically in some of the ssenmodnar episodes) because he was one of the pioneers of SM64 Machinimas and at the beginning SMG4's vids were similar to his.

That remixed intro brought back so many memories. I used to watch all your (old) videos when I was 6. The idea you could record a game with custom textures seemed extremely cool to me. I watch your videos today and it makes me cringe. Especially the ones with it's raw gameplay, all the images/gifs slapped into the video, the unnatural timing of the dialog, and the HUD enabled in some clips. I get that some games don't let you disable the HUD or freeze the camera like SM64. Also, *ARN'T, FYOU, F-DUMBER, FING, and RACEQUIT*

Once, my sister turned off smart steering to see how she did. She told me without it, it looked like Mario was driving drunk (we don't have prior experience with Mario Kart). Since then, we sometimes made the characters drunk, and Lakitu complain about having to fish them out when they drove off the edge. Once, one of us had him say, "oh great! I think I just got a hernia!" when he had to fish Wario out.
