More than likely, we'll get a Mario Kart with tag-team racing as a mode. Mario Kart Tour is essentially 9, so such a Mario Kart would be 10. If it's on Switch, I'd call it Triple Switch. You can *SWITCH* between traditional and tag-team. You can drive, throw stuff, and *SWITCH* whoever is driving in tag-team mode. The game is played on the *SWITCH*.

Double Dash had one of the best character rosters of any Mario Kart game. You have Birdo representing Super Mario Bros 2. Baby Mario and Baby Luigi representing Yoshi´s island. Daisy representing Super Mario Land. They included some fan favorites like Diddy Kong and Waluigi. And there´s characters introduced in other GameCube games like Bowser Jr. Petey Piranha and King Boo. A nice mix of both old and new characters.

You know, for all these years I never actually considered just how everyone has to hang on for dear life on the back, there. Also, weight distribution actually matters. Heavier characters on the back make the tail drift out wider, and having superior weight allows you to bash other racers around. Karts also have suspension physics modelled, and they bounce around very nicely.
Watching this made me remember.... how in higher CC's the opponents who teamed up with Speed based Characters/Heavyweights, were the ones being the most troubling.... I miss that. XD
Sigh...Mario Kart Double was my very first GameCube game I had ever had the privilege of owning! Peach Beach had always been my favorite race track of the game! The nostalgia is too real with this game! Oh, how I miss it! **EDIT** Also, Baby Park was my other favorite Double Dash race track!

Come to think of it, if Toadsworth was in instead of Toadette (like he should have) this roster would've been nearly perfect for the time this game was released. Basically every major Mario character and then some were in. It's only missing Kamek (and a partner of Kamek of course) and again, Toadsworth tbh
@@hamptonme5037 I mean, most Mario games wouldn't be affected at all, and even the ones that do wouldn't be affected much since Toadette's such a minor character. ... Although I guess no Toadette would mean no Peachette, and no Peachette means no Bowsette, so... that's another reason why Toadsworth should have been in over Toadette.
They modded the game and changed both the character select photos and the mini map photos. The photos on the characters select are stock photos of the characters and the mini map icons are from MK8 Deluxe or MKTour

The GameCube has some good Mario Party games on it. But I think the Wii has some solid games on it like the Mii games like Wii sports or Wii Party, Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, Mario Kart Wii, TLOZ Twilight Princess, SSB Brawl, Mario Party 8
I currently own both Pokemon Colosseum and XD: Gale of Darkness for the GameCube along with the Nintendo Wii edition of Mario Power Tennis! Mario Power Tennis is pretty much the exact same as the GameCube version except for, obviously, the controls!

@Cola Octoling he is talking about Bowser and Bowser Jr.! They are father and son! Bowser Jr. tries to follow in his father's footsteps in trying to defeat the Mario Bros once and for all! It's pretty much the main plot of any main series Mario game! Bowser invades the Mushroom Kingdom, kidnaps Princess Peach and Mario and Luigi go on an epic quest to rescue her from the evil clutches of Bowser!
If we ever get MK9, every item that has been in every game, every character (including Arcade), every stage, every Kart, Two characters like this on a jar for a mode, and finally every single Game mode

I, 110%, most definitely do! Mario Kart Double Dash was the very first Nintendo GameCube game I had ever gotten! So it holds an extremely special place in my heart! I'm thinking about ordering the game online so I can, once again, own this glorious masterpiece!

It will be really cool if Petey piranha was a boss character. He will drive the Bowser's kart as a single person In the kart and you face him on One-on-One race in Dry Dry desert. When you get close to Petey or when you're behind him, He pukes out some kind of a poison liquid like he does in Mario sunshine and Causes the Player to spin out just like a banana
