Ah, let me tell you the impact this game had on me as a child!! I used to play Mario Kart on my DS all the time as a young kid growing up (self-proclaimed the best at it ;), after all, out of all my siblings, it was ME who unlocked all the characters and completed all the missions. Can't argue with the facts). From the countless hours spent racing with friends, to secretly playing at night my DS at night, trying not to get caught by my parents, so many memories flooded back to me whilst revisiting the soundtrack from this incredible game. Because of my newfound interest in video game music, I knew I had to cover and arrange one of the tracks from Mario Kart DS.
