This kart is in Mario Kart Tour, so glad they’ve added it, Dry Bowser and this kart was my main in MKWii. Hope Nintendo add the flame flyer as a DLC kart for MK8D

Jonie Villa Koopa Cape & Maple Treeway are not from; they're in Mario Kart 7. Same thing with Grumble Volcano. It's not from; it's in Mario Kart 8. You're saying it as if Nintendo made Koopa Cape & Maple Treeway in Mario Kart 7 and Grumble Volcano in Mario Kart 8 as new tracks.
I know that my response is 6 months late, but I'll share information with you, just in case you need it. Basically, the only real requirements that you need for 3 stars is to stay in first place consistently for all 4 races in the cup that you are doing (about 75%, so that equals to staying in first place for 2 laps) and get the maximum amount of points (60 points). I would also try to avoid falling off the maps, bumping into walls, and doing any off the map shortcuts (like the grumble volcano glitch), when trying to get 3 stars.
