Holy shit that combo on Rainbow Road. Reminds me of that short story I wrote about that kind of thing. Your kart has crashed on the side of the track. It's dark, and you're under a streetlamp. Another kart pulls up, and a shadowed figure gets out holding a spherical object. The figure moves in, entering the light of the streetlamp. The red shirt, the blue overalls, the mustache, the M on his cap... it's Mario. And he's holding a bob-omb. He stands there, with an evil look in his eyes. And then he winds up to throw the bob-omb. Before he throws the explosive automaton, however he says one thing in a sinister voice... "Welcome to Mario Kart."

There were no BAM! Shock Dodges this video, but one Blue Shell dodge at 6:14. Shock Dodge drystreak: 2 Deja vu? Even more frontrunning going on here. I was a bit distracted, so I didn't see much of the video.
