Oh my gosh. This game was my whole childhood! I remember 2008 waking up early just to play Mario kart with my older sister. Those were good times. We were always on that game. She unlocked everything XD

16:29 Inspiration : As someone who absolutely loves shortcuts & glitches , this is a video I've always wanted to make but never was crazy enough to attempt it... until this year. I estimate this took over 60 hours to get the footage for and another 10+ hours to edit. I started in january and finished it on March 20th. This is my favourite video game I've ever played and I wanted to do it justice by making this video and showing how incredible it truly is.

I remember staying up so late to play worldwides online.Time would just breeze by and suddenly it would just be 3am lol. I remember when you posted your WR of maple tree course with the crazy SC and it was the most surreal thing to see. Watching these videos gives me such a big sense of nostalgia. Now I'm 19 and facing the responsibilities of adulthood, damn life was a lot easier back in '09-'13

I wish MK9 could be like MKWii, but we are way too optimistic when looking to the future. Remember when people thought MK7 would overtake the whole MKWii community? Even though people say MKWii is the Melee of the Mario Kart franchise, I honestly think it's the SMB4 of the series, where it combines competitiveness and casualness together perfectly. With things like karts/bikes, auto/manual, and numerous strategies, I'm surprised Nintendo hasn't yet caught onto the fact that pretending MKWii never existed is going to do nothing more than prevent them from ever making another good MK game, at least not one with the same kind of community.

So basically it's like: Basic: Harder than intermediate Intermediate: Easier than Basic Advanced: For the pro's Miracle: TAS/TAF Strats done legit

As critical as I have been of some of your videos in the past, I think might be your best video. It's exactly the kinda video that is needed and people want to see. No other video has really bothered to compile a comprehensive list of shortcuts just because of the sheer amount of work it requires, not to mention skill and patience. A thoroughly enjoyable video throughout and nostalgic in many ways as the video almost acts as a progression of discovery in the game and revisits shortcuts from the very start of it all. 10/10

Absolutely STUNNING. Even seven years after and people are STILL finding things! This is the most comprehensive list of cuts ang glitches I've EVER seen without TAS!! AWESOME!! MKW is starting to look like Super Smash Bros Melee: One or two elite character/bike combos, everything is really technical and almost TAS worthy, and all the times are dominated by Fox.
