Memories of my brother and I playing Wii Rainbow Road for the first time. It was our first Mario Kart so we'd never played or even heard of any rainbow road before, and we had no idea what we were in for. We fell off so many times. It took us about ten minutes to finish the course, and we obviously came in 11th and 12th place. I miss those times.
Same exact thing but me ans my sister, we thought since it was the last course it would be the hardest. We were right. It took ten minutes and she came 11th and I came 12th.
Yup, this stage is hell! That is, until you master it and it becomes your favorite stage, allowing you to keep first place among anyone who tries to go against you 😂😂😂
I find it easy I played it for the first time in 6 years last week and only fell off once and it was because of misjudgment on the figure 8 with the big holes (was playing 150cc),still my favorite track in the game my third favorite rainbow road behind 7 and DS

One thing I’ve loved about Nintendo is the ease of pick-up-and-play in their games. If you want to teach a non-gamer friend something like call of duty or mortal kombat, it’ll take a while, and a lot of explanation. But Nintendo games, like Mario Kart and Mario Party are easy for non-gamers to get into.
What a great way to end 9 years of Mario Kart 8 by making this the final track of the Booster course pass. I remember wanting this track back in base Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U being bummed out it didn't return now we have the entire Wii Star cup in MK8 Deluxe plus this Rainbow Road 9 years later. What a journey Mario Kart 8 has had. Cheers to the Wii U & Nintendo Switch for making some great memories. Thanks Nintendo
confirmed friends Wii Rainbow Road will return after 10 years since it came out and never had a remake in some mario kart games, but for Tour it has been officially confirmed on Nintendo's facebook, we are all very happy and excited because it will also be as future DLC for MK8DX!!
the power of nostalgia my friend... although 3DS Rainbow Road landed first in Mk8Dx DLC 3, Wii Rainbow Road would be the perfect closure for the BCP in wave 5 or 6 probably, if nintendo doesn't do that we will hate it for always and not respect tastes, also this level did not have any remake on any recent console (in Tour it is not taken into account either but if it appears we appreciate it)
Its return in Mario Kart Tour is now a 2-section race. Hopefully, if it returns in the Booster Course Pass of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it will be a multiple-lap race again.

To everyone who thinks it’s hard to play with a Wii remote: Play this rainbow road with a Wii pro controller! It is so easy to drift at the right time! Also when you push the button to accelerate, you’re going straight and not all over the place just like a Wii remote.
As much as I’d love to see other and older courses from the other Mario Kart games added to the DLC but this game alone takes the cake on having some of the most iconic tracks in the franchise that I and I’m pretty sure others would love to be added to the DLC, Also I feel like Nintendo should add some older karts cause yeah the old and new retro tracks are cool but like I feel like new/older karts maybe even a few characters to the new DLC because it would make this pack a lot more reasonable to buy
Nostalgia I saw my cousin Jacob play this, he was very young and he would scream because he was about to fall off the map. I was only three years old I miss those times I wanna experience it again. I’m twelve now and I feel old as fuck.
